George Vassiliades

George Vassiliades was born on the beautiful island of Cyprus. He came to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar in 1993. He has a Masters in Counseling from San Francisco State University and he is a licensed Marriage Family Therapist.His experience in that, enables him to help his real estate clients through the emotionally challenging part of the transaction (the fears, anxieties and excitement of real estate). He knows how to listen and what to ask for.

George fell in love with real estate after he bought his first building, a fourplex, and decided to get into real estate to help other first time buyer become successful multi-unit owners themselves.
He specializes in multi-unit buildings, as well as commercial property.
He is often praised for his competence, ingenuity and integrity.

Marina Hudgens

Marina Hudgens was born in Denver Colorado. She grew up skiing but was eventually drawn to sunny California and settled in San Francisco. Marina graduated from New College of California in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a focus in Arts and Social Change. Marina brings a creative and open-minded approach to all of her deals.
Marina began her career in real estate as a leasing agent in San Francisco. She has a passion for helping people find their perfect sanctuary in the city. Marina has handled a variety of spaces from student studios to Penthouses by the Ritz to warehouses in the Mission District.

In addition to a wide range of leasing activities, Marina also specializes in sales, property management and investment opportunities. Marina can help guide you through the sale, purchase and management of your building to get the best deal, maximize profits and have some fun along the way.
